Vitamins are great tools to fill gaps in your diet.

Our foundational belief is nutrients should come from food first.

Eating clean throughout the day

Our EatClean30 recipes were designed to be inspiration for you. Follow our guidelines and re-create our recipes in fresh new ways that nourish your body.  Nutrient intake should be personal, so make this your own.

Breakfast

GET A NUTRIENT PACKED START

Breakfast should be filling and nutrient packed. Start each day with a glass of water, your vitamins and a clean, easy recipe that hydrates, nourishes, brings you joy, and gets you ready for the day.

Lunch

KEEP IT LIGHT AND FRESH

We like to keep lunch simple and light.  Layer clean pre-prepped ingredients that nourish your body and improve your energy and mood. Focus on hydration and foods that refresh and energize.

Dinner

MAKE IT SOCIAL

Social dinners are a key component of lifestyles of the healthiest people around the world. Incorporate music, create an experience and feel good about your clean food choices, even if it’s just you.

You asked, we answered

Q

What does it mean to eat clean?

A

The basic principle of eating clean means that you are eating more whole fruits and vegetables, lean protein, whole grains and healthy fats without added chemicals or pesticides- that includes sugar and processed foods. Our challenge encourages you to focus on a plant based diet using the 80:20 principle.  Consume only plants 80% of the time. Consume lean animal products 20% of the time.  If you are vegetarian or vegan, that’s great too!

Q

What if I do less than 30 days?

A

That’s ok. We don’t judge. This challenge is about putting yourself first, building self-care habits you love and having fun focusing on you.  If you do 1 day, 30 days or somewhere in between, that works for us.  We only want to inspire you to focus on healthy behaviors that will make an impact on your life.  Take our challenge but make it your own.

Q

Why are peanuts on the sometimes list?

A

We know this is important to you, so here’s the deal. Sometimes, peanuts can be inflammatory for those who have food sensitivities. You may fall into that category. If peanuts are your thing and you don’t have any symptoms, feel free to indulge.  It’s totally up to you.

Q

What’s the deal with Alpine cheese?

A

Alpine cheese refers to a style of cheese making, rather than one type of cheese.  The name applies to Swiss, French, Italian, Austrian, Bavarian cheeses made in the Alps.  Alpine cheeses take on the nutritional profile of grasses in these microclimates and contain more omega3s than other cheese options.
